3580 would be a good Murrey Math level for a retracement, but would leave a strange feeling for EW, because around that level a wave 1 finalized


The area of 3564 to 3581 is filled with various average VPO's, 3585 is a major volume peak at the 864 days chart (monthly 32 periods)


I have a fresh EW channel, which could be hit by round about 45° movement up at 3570

Gold in very interesting situation:

nearly all Elliotticans think, that Gold is in a B-wave down of an ABC-flat up with targets between 1375 and up to 1500

I am wondering, especially when looking at bigger picture (daily, weekly, monthly) one can easily find ways to support the view, that we are likely in a wave 5 down now


Next major support would then be in the 914 to 994 area, when the last major low is taken out

after the bear trap in 5900 ... and an important trend line breakout ... I do not know what to think about pound..

but I do not sell.

Hey Halkins. We all missed you

I have never put much value in the vouchers that were awarded to me. Not because I did not appreciate them, but because I did not see them as a medal or trophy. I saw them as a token of appreciation and/or recognition of my work here in FF. Now they are gone and I do not miss them. I am still the same trader / human being I was when I had the vouchers and even before I had any... and those who vouched for me probably feel the same. The new MIRS system I think is better because it is based on subscribers and nobody wants my clutter in their notifications box unless they actually want to read it. With vouchers, there was no clutter so there was no reason to remove them once they were awarded... out of sight, out of mind. The FF admins have done a great job reworking the system. Now it will no longer be used as a trophy system by those who abuse it. Instead the new system will be for the benefit of those who are looking for quality posts.

Re your chart, I don't think the bounce will be that high but I do agree with the 1.3480/90 area as a bull/bear line and possible launching pad for any move towards 1.4x... if it comes. That all depends on Draghi and Bernanke and how the market reacts to them.

If you feel naked, than naked trading would be the right think for you :-)

Right now it is very difficult to say, what the best scenario might be.

a) upward correction finalized - down to near 1.27

b) upward correction is only wave W of complex WXY pattern - so now down in ABC wave, at least toward 3428

c) upward correction is not finished - we have WXY - now down in another X, the Z up toward 3640-3672

66% of probs to reach 1.3200-1.3265 zone, and thats gives the strong bullish support, on daily, to reach 1.4410

At least 1.3458-1.3419 zone It's a minimum zone for reaching 1.4220

As far as under 1.3620 ... sell the rallies mode on ... :-)

If 1.3504 reached tomorrow WITHOUT giving up 1.35597, then .. that means a 5W decline from top ... and then a 3W pullback to around 1.3589 from 1.3504-1.3490 wil provide a good R:R sell oportunity with an stop @1.3628 with Target 1.3419 as a minimum
