Today could be a catalyst for trend direction imo. If we break back into the daily channel then bulls will likely take us back up to top. If there is a strong rejection then the bears will confirm a bo from the channel that should take pa to at least around the 3120 area.

Thanks a lot . These two statements confuses me more . If the Inflation is high in a country central banks raise interest rate , High inflation refers to degrading value of that particular currency resulting in falling of price in compare to other currencies. and another one is - when the central banks raise the interest rate foreign investors get attracted to it and demand for that currency increases resulting the rise in price. so what I don't get here is, in both case interest rate is raised but the impact on forex rate is opposite .... so what Interest rates they are talking about? please make me clear . I appreciate your help.

At one point while i was trading, when trades were not going in my favour i would start begging God so that the trend could reverse so i can gain a few pips then exit some days it happened other days i cried becuz i got sunk and my account burnt out. My turning point started when i had to encounter God for a tip of what i read was called the holy grail which only was about the rise and the fall. EU still the rising sun. Sharing A little of my trading experience how many want to talk about their first time experiences. We still upward and 3610 is the print i want to see

A bit more weakness from EU in the next day or so and the momentum might cause it to get obliterated hard.

The fact is that interest based economies are bound to fail. The only way to solid progress is equity based economies. I say this as a finance person regardlless of what followers of Mohammad believe. He too was a trader and understood economics anyway.

Once said that, let me explain how this vicious circle of interest works. There are 100 dollars in circulation. I have all 100 dollars and give those 100 dollars on 20% interest to someone. At the end of the year, currency in circulation is still 100 dollars and that person is obviously not in a position to repay more than 100 dollars to me because there is no more currency. Those 20 dollars are again retained as a loan generating interest and thus creating more money which is not there. Now if that borrower has the authority to print money, like most central banks and the Fed, they will print more money without gold backing. This will result in inflation and devaluation of money (you know the details). To control the inflation, central bank tries to reduce currency in circulation and increased interest rates brings money back into bank. Good for now. Less money out therefore less inflation. The real problem starts when it is time to repay the principal and the interest back to depositors. Back to square and more inflation. This is the cycle. As far as foreign bonds are concerned, such investment is made not only to generate interest income, but for a variety of reasons including diversification of risk, investment in growing economies, investment in economies that have physical resources and last but the most powerful is to have capability to influence the governance and/or take undue advantage by exerting pressure, especially on economies that have physical resources but no cash. The ultimate winner of this game will be the one with strongest and most destructive weapons and the manpower who could and would be willing to use those weapons.

In other words, yes, we are the losers in both the scenarios. we cannot control this monster without stop feeding it.

We never know for sure before actions really take place for this kind of set up. Using the monthly chart, the bulls should be afraid of what's next.

No spread on the IB. Retail brokers that have access to that liquidity will factor the spread before passing it on to retailers.
