Definitely very noobish entry at 96,9, SL 96,865. Never catch the train leaving the station, it may cost you as it is going to hunt slackers with last spike. Glad I know that and entered anyway.

diet: Silly picture, but I dont like TL that much and this is supposed to be bottoming m5 at daily S, which is the grey rectangle down there.

Here's what you find, when you google for "vsa stopping volume":

From the back of my mind, that's very similar from what Williams says in "Master the Markets"... is it Williams? Can't remember.
Now take that and look at M15, M30, H1... show me where to enter and what the result for this week would be? Just this one aspect... it's a ruleset that is way too loose from my point of view, but on the other hand, seeing it develop and keeping it in the back of your mind can help you... at least, if you forget about the fact that you only get broker numbers on volume, that a different issue. I would probably not even consider this to be the main problem, for I haven't seen any dubious values other than sudden spikes.
There are easier methods around than VSA, but put one guy concentrating on VSA into your trading-room and it will help, when he yells "HIGH VOLUME INCOMING!"

So, my opinion... on it's own, it's too wobbly.

I think short time frame like 5m, 10min tell more info than longer time frame. Usually high volume peak last only a few minutes. When you compare higher time frame like 30 min, 1 hour, you smear the volume peak.

According to the rules, you wait for the next bar to close decisively higher than that high-volume bar. Can you spot a single opportunity this week? I can see a lot of mark-ups easily, but not a single stop-reversal-trade based on VSA, which are the trades you should concentrate on.
Are these mark-ups there to f*** the sellers, or to satisfy more sellers before a significant drop? The mark-up bars are the ones with high volume, and since the 24th, you only see slightly HH. Indeed, very slight higher highs, but HH never-the-less.

anyway I do not think VSA on FX is reliable. Only when the FX futures market grows big enough, then VSA on futures volume is useful.

To use the tick volume to build market profile, yes, it is very useful to me.
