I don't know if you refer to NU. If so...
...Long Term 0.857, 0.88 seems higher probabilities for going short end of october or november, IMO.
H4 could trade intermediate (e.g. some CCI14 tops & bottoms).

Good morning friends,

judging from EW and momentum, the run up in EU seems to not be finished. I have various scenarios, but right now the most probable one seems to be, that we are in a wave 5 of a wave 5 now.

In this wave 5 we are most likely in wave 4 down, and the target for 5 of 3 in my eyes should be between 3626 and 3641, extended move (overshoot) to around 3672. A direct drop below 3590 will negate this, and we should be directly on the way to the, at least, 3460 to 3507 support shelf

The other scenario sees us in a wave 5 of 3

so after a new high in the 3626 to 3641 area we should ideally see a drop towards 3460 to 3507 support shelf, to build the wave 4. The final wave 5 may then run its course towards the 3733 to 3794 area


A drop below 3353 confirms the first scenario

this 3672 leaped to the eyes since weeks/months, but again I was too biased to the downside to belief that it could happen LOL

When we reached the low at around 20x last year, the 3672 was THE target on weekly but more clear on monthly Murrey Math

The 3672 is the equilibrium since many many years now. It has been undershooted, overshooted, tested, retested, abused for so many times.

Now on monthly TF we are testing it second time from the lower side

In the past, the volume was a good indication for break or failure to break to the upper side.

Only with inclining volume 3672 was broken. Last time and this time too, we are testing the 3672 on declining volume, and with multiple bearish divergences on many TF's.

My feeling is: the 3672 will hold, even when we should see a bit of overshoot here


What makes me worry is the fact, that so many retail trader are very short - we have not really seen a shake out right now

Last weeks COT report showed nicely, that the Comercial Traders are now in a very good position to profit from an extended drop in EU over the next weeks

Fantastic job. I was looking at CHFJPY yesterday tracking M5 if it shows entry to join you on long, too bad i had to go sleep before it was there.
