Why is market pricing in before event already occurred when they don't even know the number? Do they have somehow way to estimate what the number will be?

note: closing at or above the 78.6% is key in the short term... but I think on an intermediate term basis, we can see the writing on the wall

for the policy...there are all price in for "BOE forward guidance that hold the rate for long term until 2016"..only now just see inflation and growth figure to determine wether BOE asset purchase enough or not that since Mark Carney signal that they have a room to "ease again"....

on my perspective on tehnical..overall GBP can bullish at least to 1.63.....but when we see the chart the weekly chart now seem bouncing down at upper trendline...chekc my chart below...

in conclusion....
the resistance level at around 1.63 still arisk for GBP to bull because,,

1.if 1 other cs form below the upper trendline.it seem GBP fail to bull and test 1.63
2.1.63 seem higher resistance for now and there are many suply level over there...
3.since stoch looks overbough so anytime GBP can tumble if it has any bad news catalyst...
4. the best level if gbp tumble if we want ot buy is at RBS level at around 1.57++...

from my humble oppinion

overall i can say is still bullish for weekly...

yea that resistance line is a major one... someone else pointed it out as well

I do not think Cable can get thru it on the first attempt, lets see what happens...

I'm actually trading like this on a small account. Can't tell yet if I'm doing good or not as I only made 4 trades so far. Pretty much no action this week except for the FOMC statement.(which I don't know how to trade yet) Let's hope next week will be better,;-)

fed taper means fed reduce bond buying.....now fed buy bond reduce mortgage rate since housing market down....for me tapering in october is nonsense statement because bernanke already inform the confuse forward guidance to us..huhu

Is LTRO 3 on the card???So Markets have already begun to speculate on the chances of another of the operations i mean LTRO/QE by ECB that spur ECB printing more money...

so the next topic to focus on next ECB press conference is "MR DRAGHI....IS IT POSIBLE FOR LTRO 3?"...huhuhuu
