If you look at the link I gave you it shows clearly by colour coding what news has high impact and therefore likely to move price.

fomc today is the one to watch out. then friday nfp. that's for this week. next time, instead of me telling you this, get in the habit of checking news events before the week starts.

dear all of you.
After a long time read this thread. i made a lot of trades. all of my trade is just 0.01 lot. i know that it's hard to make money so i dont want to throw my hard earn money . In where i live 1 usd is so big you can have 2 meals with 1 usd. so i'm very happy to earn 1 usd from trading.

But after 6 months read this thread and start to trade 3 month ago. i still cannot win. i lost 80% of my account (80 usd).
i accepted the truth I dont know how to trade, but i cant accept my current result.

I'm trying learn how to trade. it's very happy to learn from all of you (all members in this forum). i'm sorry if i disturb you..
and i will ask and make a lot stupid questions. ? a lot and a lot. coz i dont know how to trade. coz i want to learn how to trade.

study outside this thread.

this system only covers one condition, trending market. one other topics must be covered is supply and demand. start from there. once you understand that, it's bit easier to see. let's see if you learn.

one other thing: pick a session to trade. it's either london or ny.

importance of understanding supply and demand is to know where large money is or was positioned. so you know where they bought and sold.

thaihoc - with respect you need to have at least a basic understanding of trading and charting or you will blow all your money. Babypips.com has a wealth of knowledge. Why don't you demo trade for a few months - no risk that way.

Pkimnyc, is giving you right direction, HOWEVER, he is fluent english speaker (looks like he was born with this language) so he can easy understand what Sam Seiden is talking about, guys like you and me might (with good but not good enought english) have seriouse problem to UNDERSTAND, not the idea but simply his speach, it is not easy english, he speak fast, and this make difficult to understand the clue... and other thing, maybe you and me are not ready for this yet....
Take break with traiding, go to Baybe pips school http://www.babypips.com/school/?returnhome=1 , pass tests, and start over again, and you will never call again candle "pinbar" if it is not a pinbar in common meaning, or say it is downtrend when is uptrend... after that continue education even with Sam Seiden ... and FORGET trading money untill you are not confident with demo....
Threads on FF has two faces, one , when you feel a great support from experienced traders and other when you have no OWN clue, becouse you are under the pressure of other posts... sometimes you feel to be an idiot, tell me please, is not true??

no disrespect to red sword,
not much to learn there, imo.
again, idea behind supply and demand is to spot where buyers and sellers are camped at.

see how large players react to that level.

as long as you get the idea, that's all that matters.
now, important thing is can you see where buyers and sellers are camped at on your chart?
who cares if you are fluent in this language or not. buyers and sellers are prime language spoken in trading. anything else is secondary.
