Hello,
Looking to add to this indicator a text message when price breaks either upper or lower line with the pair name.

You should contact the original coder for this. That is the courteous thing to do. I can't remember his user name, but he used to be active several years ago.

ok completely understand.
Could you then just make a break line with text and pop up alert with the pair name.

No Im not asking that. I was asking if you could make a new indicator not this one. All i need is a breakline with a pop up and text notification stating which pair's price broke the line.

I don't do individual requests and I have lots of other projects. I think there lots of trendline alert indicators on this forum. Have you searched?

hey paul..... i have found alerts such as your request very useful...... the indicator below places 2 lines on the chart at a default level of 50 pips from the ask....

there are 2 inputs....

text, where you can add a message to the alert..... the symbol and timeframe are already coded, along with high or low alert.....

pips, where you can input the pips value.... 50 by default.....

you can then drag the lines where ever you want.... once the ask crosses either line the alert pops up.....h
