I have been trading with GAIN long time ago (before introduction of forex.com) and increased 7x or so my balance before run out of luck in a year or so i think. Withdraw 5x increase. Back then spread on majors was 5 - 6 pips, minimum size 100k . My stops 25 to 50 pips. Looks like they have gone a bit rotten. Everything gets worse with time.

However, I heard same comments back then. Learn about quantum mechanicks principle to help you understand that perfect broker does not exist. They package 1 way and steal somewhere else, or other way and steal another way. They must be profitable else they would not exist. See execution in futures, and calculate how much slippage eats per year. This is probably as good as it gets, except packakging may differ

well, had a look back then and this was my equity curve. I got tired as evident from pic and was happy to have a job this was in my 7th year of trading. Quit trading for couple of years and was able to distance myself and absorbe the lesson. I got what looking for in year 15 treating it like hobby.

Almost every major broker has paid a fine at some point. The fact that someone hasn't yet been fined is more likely a sign that they are new to the industry or too small to be relevant. The NFA is understaffed and not known for having the sharpest employees. They essentially make the rules up as they go.

You'll also notice that most brokers run into issues related to Metatrader plugins and settings. Metatrader is a horrible piece of software that is largely a black box to the broker. Only the Russians who wrote it really know what goes on inside the Meta servers.

I have an account with forex.com UK, MT4 account. so far no complaint.
bank transfer withdrawal in 3 working days. London session Spread EurUsd 1.8. Execution is good.
Maybe not best broker, but i think good broker with FSA regulated.
