do you pay such fees also by transferring funds between a number of FX accounts?

And is such transfer fast ( I mean 1 - 5 minutes or so) or do I have to go through paper work?

Hmmm... could be the BOTH sided negative swap and Higher Margin Rates (computed using the currency price). Its great that you finally lowered the round-turn fees (a VERY recent event) cuz losing on swap, have less available working cash AND High RT fees was a bit much. (as well as NFA NO hedging and FIFO)

For those that aren't familiar with our rollover rates which only apply to those traders holding positions at 5pm EST, the actual cost is equal to approximately a 1/2 a PIP. These rates are per our agreements with our liquidity providers.

Examples:

If you are trading the EUR/USD - the cost per rollover is about ($4.00) per 100k traded if you are Buying and ($6.40) if you are Selling.

If you are trading the GBP/USD - the cost per rollover is about ($7.00) per 100k traded if you are Buying and ($5.00) if you are Selling.

regarding FX accounts i dont know if there is costs , but other accounts ( fx to stocks ) it processed within the same day ...

No fee's for internal transfers between FX accounts. The transfers are processed same day, usually immediately depending on the time of request.
once again this AM I submitted a market order, ..(8123132) and the could never insert stop loss, or profit target. matter of fact I could not even close order, continually got off quotes???finall I called order desk (after waiting ) and had order closed before it went wild against me..the clerk indicated the meta 4 platform was having problems. This is about thee 4th/5th time this has happened, this AM I just happened to end up with a profit instead of a loss.
I guess it's time to find me a new broker

I'm sorry to hear that you had difficulties trading this morning, but your post didn't mention whether you are trading with FXCM or MB. In case you are trading with FXCM, I wanted to provide you with this link to log a case for the Trade Audit Committee to review.
