haha, thanks dude. Hopefully we continue down early next week and hit target by end of day Monday... definitely not out of the realm of possibilities.

RSI has been bearishly divergent since 02/01/2013 on the 4H chart.

I am still waiting out my long position.

What goes up must come down and vice versa.

This sell off will create an oversold condition on the daily chart.

This should create a buying opportunity for a lot of big money.

Not a pretty candle on the weekly chart. Some possible pullback areas. Should be some more good action next week.

Daily chart still has room to run down some more before it gets oversold.

Yea, that's cool.

But, your settings might be too conservative, you only had like two oversold conditions in the past year. lol

In any event, of course I do agree that we could always go lower before we go higher.

The only thing you can control is what price you are willing to buy or sell an asset.

LOL. Good catch. Although you have to agree those two entries were killer and could have made someones year if they are the buy and hold type. To be honest I don't really use indicators to trade. Maybe to see if there is a divergence once in a while.

Overall I think this is a correction on a daily basis and we will ultimately go much higher in the coming months. Correction could take a couple more weeks though. Nobody knows.

What are your opinions on GBP/USD? Where is the bottom 150, 148, 145. How will Bernanke testimony affect GBP/USD? How big of an issue is the credit downgrade.

I feel like USD/JPY will continue uptrend next week once new BOJ candidate is announced. 95-95.5 area.

Gbp/usd is a no touch for me at the moment, When something has started crashing or rising rapidly it's nearly impossible to have a bias and make a trade, well for me anyway. I dont mind sitting on the side lines until I see something that I can confirm. Butttttttt if I was a gambling man I would short this to the 1.49336 area.

All the yen pairs have had such an explosive rally and we are in the "is it in correction or reversal mode" News says the new front runner for BOJ is Kuroda, who is Firmly dovish and much more dovish than the previous leading candidate. If Big ben doesn't destory the usd when he speaks, and Kuroda is indeed the winner, I see the usd/jpy resuming and targeting the 95 area then 100. But its really hard to say and a lot of factors this week. Just be careful . Thats my 2 cents

I haven't traded Sterling in quite some time, so I have no insight into that pair. Sorry... maybe try the Sterling thread?

Weekly chart still shows Uptrend and I will find a good position to buy GJ, but really need to be patient because from the the H4 chart, target movement down from the last 2 weeks it could be located in demand area of ​​H / L 140.80/139.80 (gray box in H4 chart). IMO. And then the scenario will be changed if the price stays down through the gray area: Bear is the winner.
