yes just caught me off gaurd as I had just shorted it and it headed north all good now

short on ej again (but generally bullish). shanghai open.. timing looks good.
protected ej coz eu looks.... confused. or em confused! hopefully, target would be met before franky opens

it seems that the shorts will be short-lived

EJ is quick and smooth. One short reached target @ 117.030 (+80 pips). I've still got one open trying to get 116.630.

Next trying longs with EURUSD once it breaks its trend channel.

you may be right on that point as it does seem that eur start to show weakness against chf. As for eur, i am banking on the current strenght of swissy and its close negative correlation for bring eur down.(ie. provided it still maintain its strength..but at this point swissy does taper a little..whether its a pullback or full slide..we shall see)

see the chart for the mentioned broken trendline that is being retested...
as i said last week i was really surprised this trendline got sliced through without any difficulty....
now im seeing that break above this trendline may have been a manipulated move...
if we manage to close back below that broken trendline..... the whole of last week would be confirmed as a fakeout...

Swissy shows weakness across the board which is welcomed by SNB

Money is coming out of safe haven CHF as debt crisis has calmed down.

Yes.... if u look and compare BOJ adn SNB intervention....
SNB is more aaggresive as it just shoots up and never came back down...

but BOJ makes miniature intervention and reverse intervention so that it can do its intervention... once intervened enough... it attracts retail to put pending orders below so that any retracements are triggered...
but BOJ does reverse intervention for the sake of good money... it rebalances their budget for further intervention....
but they wont intervene and shoot things straight up....
thats why i've been warning BOJ may come out and say stuff now that they've weakened the yen.... that they will say stuff like weak yen and higher fuel price may hampen the economy and stuff... just so that they can run the lower stops....
