Daily closed without breaking price pivot supply turned demand zone, which would be a good entry if there were confidence in the market continuing to rise. Given that the bull market is starting to slow down and bearish divergence is becoming apparent, an entry long seems risky.

JPY futures has hit and successfully tested the 127% fib retrace look for a violent short covering and JPY crosses gaining strength. provided the mini waves occur as USD/JPY moves towards 85.00 the long thesis has lost some steam these last few weeks.

i made couple of coins in meantime. Dropped AUD trading completely until some fundamenals change tune.

In YEN is waiting game for me right now.

I closed out all of my positions. Nice run from 79.1 to 88.0. I assume it will go up soon, but the volatility has been increased and it's too much for me . I guess the golden days are over when the usd/jpy moves 0.3-0.5% on each day without bigger retrace.

Went long this morning, my EA stopped out with nice profit. I'm holding off for now, 88.64 not sure where this is going... made nice profits in the last three days, can't complain at all

the bubble is frothing again. it might be showing signs of topping out

might be a last chance to clear 90 before i call it top, and it starts to consolidate or chop for a few weeks instead of keep going up

People keep printing money, money keeps depreciating. UJ keeps going up. There's no such thing as absolute top.

Hey macroman thank you and I hope you do well this year also. I am eager to get back into it after an extended vacation due to lack of movement in AUD. As for JPY futures the ABC retrace starts at Oct hi of 13264 2011 (A) to March low 11679 2012 (B) to the c wave retrace at 12977 sept hi 2012. Now this is a very macro picture and I did plot monthly here so it could take its time to work out but given the massive selloff in JPY and the rumblings from MOF and BOJ on JPY being too weak we could see a correction phase of JPY strength leaving U/J A/J and others coming back down to retest old trendlines since the takeoff.

not to mention there is a inverse HS forming or it could even come to a double or triple bottom however this is yet to be validated. Given the massive stimulus package and its affects on the economy I will be interested to see credit and money numbers coming out these next few months to gauge a little better on the rate affect.


If this breaks lower than everything i have said is mute. this could be a 2 month process with JPY coming back before summer.
