i quoted it last night that I was going to sell at that level..Its just the numbers I got out of my charts and indicators..

I have Autochartist plug-in v.16..It really has helped a lot..I just started using it..

Hi all,
First post in here. I agree with this assessment. Factor in that price stalled at 50% of 1.0148 - 1.0584 leg on Dec. 27 and with that week being a doji. I tend to think price is just stalling at this level to suck in some shorts before moving higher.

That 1.036-1.04 level held soooo Tight when it hit there.....It started a bullish momentum, we should be able to ride this through resistance to 1.06+, however, if RBA does act with a cut, then the pattern will change.

A wise strategy would be to wait though until its finishing what it's going to do, this zig zag could break either way, but at least you have your levels being established for reference points.

it all looks like a bearish flag - 4 hour chart
The good thing is, it's almost at its end.

I hope/suspect it will finally break with the news from China tonight. Above 1.0550 = bullish
below 1.0490 = bearish
Of course, the problem with bullish move is that there's a big resistance at 1.0590 - so that may not last. Down below? support starts at 1.04

Hi DB

I think Tim is saying that from 1.0527 (which in his diagram currently says as end of wave ii), the end of wave ii got shifted to 1.0536. As far as I understand we can assume it as wave ii till it does not cross 1.0583 right ?

And DB is on weekly charts with his EWC and he is long about it. When he talks about his EWC, he feels the market is staying long, which it may. The problem with trading forex is there are a million ways to do it, and hundreds of Time Distances. When someone calls out he is short X.XXX, is it 10 pips and ten minutes or 10 pips and 10 hours to get that done. Also when they call a short, is it 10 pips , 40 pips, 140 pips, etc. and last , are they trading 1 micro, or 1 mini or 1 standard contract, or multiple contracts.....?

Everyone reads into what the posting's meaning is, differently, so 20 of us are thinking 10 different meanings to the post at the same time, just like your understanding of the 300 pips you read about, a different meaning to it........sorry this was so long........

sorry my brain was half dead this morning, 2 days ago was 43degrees celcius.. yesterday and today is down to 20degree.
f*ck up my body you know.

i thought you were saying you made +300 pips yesterday when market only move 30pips or so.
i was a little confused,
