Pay attention to Moody's rating of Spain, forget the stress test (it would have to be redone after this)! If they rate it junk today, their bonds can't be used as collateral any more. the spanish banks are holding a hell of a portion of spain's debt. if it's junk they are doomed, the spanish banking system stops immediately...

lol yes unclear...convention is normally to quote the last two digits ignoring the 5th decimal ie quote XX in 1.28XX0 as we all know what the current big number is. then everyone will understand
yes I have shorts running, my target is open but given the time of day and day of the week I will look to see how 30 reacts then 12
