i think EU will go down on monday, i see a bearish engulfing in daily chart, and dark cloud in H4 chart. my TP is 1.2450, if EU brake it mor sell to 1.2380. but this is only a newbie`s opinion, so please give me some advice

EURUSD if we have learnt something from Tuesday

1. yesterday´s move down was a result from an agreement between central banks and some big players to cheap the EUR
2. when 1.2480 was reached to the downside price exploded up and didn´t reach my second target at 1.2466
3. it can be assumed that the EUR will go UP so do not short it on the Monday morning.

I WILL FIRST WAIT TO GET NEW MORE VALID INFORMATIONS AND THEN DECIDE WHICH WAY TO TRADE

i just checked chart , so it was on may 6 2010 , I hope was on short that day is that was one move ? any reson for that move

Yeah, thanks for your efforts. I was short GJ at the moment, unfortunately with a small target that got hit with 50 pip slippage because it moved so fast.
Oanda was crashed and I couldn't get in till after a few hours.
I still got some pips on the pull back.
At one point Dow Jones was a 1000 points down also but ended at -350 or so.

ok Here is 1M chart for that day looks , looks gradual move sl shout not had more than 50 pip slip

Mohan, Perhaps a double Stop lose could protect you from these kind of movement - Trailing stop and a normal stop lose. I never experienced these type of movement , and i pray to the forex gods not to let me account experience it

I know for sure that USD and Aud are going throw a hard time now and will have a gap on Monday morning and stupid Euro will go up BUT i have a strong believe that in the next few weeks we will see euro/usd trading around 1.20xx when The Greeks tells ECB SORRY i don't have any money to pay you back even the interest ....Greek style!

Not so sure that Eu will go up much more, piercing of support last Friday could also mean we have a top in place.

Anyway, I'm planning to go big time short on Aud/Usd.

Finally last Friday the ascending trend line broke into little pieces.
And what's even more important, support @ 1.0412 could be history now. We had 4 hr close below, the support was tested from below and rejected.
Since it was a strong support, now it is a strong resistance.

Fundamentally it is in line with technicals, with China's growth slowing down at record pace, commodities could tank.

Next stop for Aud/Usd is probably 1.0176.
But once we get it moving, it could easily go way below that.

I thought the AUD is Bullish ? (Originally tipped to reach `1.07 before falling to 1.000 , but didnt reach, Now gold has broken out going north - aud will be bullish because of that ? - Only thing to curb that would be big cutbacks on chinese spending / economy - and that my see aud drop big! whats reason for your analysis please?
