As much I hate to admit it, but its true.

This is most visited thread on Forex Factory and I don't feel good for all of us if some sensible person comes here and gets disappointed.

Old Quant is one of the members who few people requested in the past to lead this thread and make it a better place. But unfortunately nothing worked, therefore out of shear frustration most 10+V regular posters of this thread opened a new thread and kept the participation there limited only to more sensible of us.

Its a shame for all of us when over 500 people log on to this thread and find nothing but chidish behavior and bragging.

But, this is what it is.

Nice clean chart, not rocket science, snieden along with baby pips pretty much changed my whole forex learning curve.
Supply and Demand rules supreme.
I have been keeping eye on a similar chart attached, for me she is arrived, some nice levels to defend.
This chart is only zones I prepared to defend, however, another charts has all primary fibs, another monthly weekly and daily opens, I refine each level per chart and then superimpose on one chart, the confuence of levels from all 3 charts, I use for my position trades
Each chart has its own rules, eg Open Trades, pa go above, go to beach or scalp, pa go below open we in heavy.
Monthly Open pa go below we in, next weekly open go down we add, next daily go down we add. however if daily go above its open, we start squeezing trailing stops, and start partial banking, if pa gets to weekly open, if trailings havnt already been clipped, we start squeezing and/or closing.
Sorry to ramble, but I impressed with simplicity of your supply and demand chart, and the fact you held trade till now congrates

As can see bulls drove hard from last weeks open, and again fridays open, we pretty much leave her alone last week just scalping lower timeframes, and concentrate cable and geppy, was been hard week us.
But we pretty happy not many pips, most people jumping up and down we sell them, but dont care, our trades is going according plan, we have build position, removed stop loss risk and eagarly waiting next week pa

Next week going to be big moves,

its an online forum who cares u got better things to worry about. Take the positives out of every situation isnt that an essential trait of a successful trader?

Two hours and seventeen minutes, fixed, everyday.

If you want to get most out of charts always watch charts One hour in the morning when you get up and one hour before going to bed. That will be two hours. You also watch 17 minutes while driving to work.

I know very little about this market but believe you don't need to know everything about this market in order to be a successful trader.

Trading is stressful job, humor on these forums relieve some stress in addition to continued learing through sharing.

I am indebted to this forum for whatever little I know and try to share with others.

Yes, and no........you'd be surprised. THe fact is, i haven't actually done this 10 years in a row, the results are simulated for 10 and i've run it for 2 years live, with the correlation of backtesting mirroring live testing .9 or higher. During the first year, the market returned over 20%, and last year 2011, yes, easily beat the market, but investors still won't care yet.

It's not exactly easy to find the right investor either, the market for capital is challenging right now, this isn't 2006. Plus there's a lot of investors who don't like investing in currency due to perception or the risks that they don't quite understand. But yes, the EAs I'm running are 20%+ over the last two years...

Cloggie i am sure u totally know this already, but for everyone else, it's not the strategy, it's the pedigree/reputation/connection and "safe hands" perception feel of the money manager that determine who gets funding. It's why some idiot from goldman who traded for 4 years will get 100M to trade with and a lifetime pro is lucky if he gets a few million from his friends.

Hello, everybody

I am beginner on forex. I am studying trade forex.

I has made indicator to detect key levels.
This is my work result for everybody.
Usage : just attache to chart. That will draw line for key levels.
Key levels will be diffrent for every timeframe.

Now Indicator showing this on H1,M30,M15:
if price break 1.3212, then price go to 1.3254 and possible to 1.3282
if price reverse 1.3212, then price go to 1.3174 and possible to 1.3160

This is right?

I has looked this thread carefully with few days.
I has made this to detect next main point?(answer to Puzzle).

My next task is to detect break or reverse on key levels.
If anybody have good idea, please discuss.
I has looked onething for this on this thread , HL, HH ->Reverse? just interested.
I want find good rule to detect break or reverse at key levels on this forum.

You can safely go short geppy 10 minutes after midnight Monday morning, that is 0:10 AM, Pacific Standard Time.
Or easier: 10 minutes after London opens on Monday.
