It varies with different pairs, but 10 pips to center line and 20 to opposite band is pretty normal. M1 is 10 band to band. A bit to close for my taste. I think M5 is going to be it and youīll get maybe 40 signals during 12 hours with 8 pairs. This is an estimation.

if you scalp on the 5 min, i presume you only scalp when the slope is in ranging position ? And do you trade the pairs with the lowest spread or how do you qualify them ?

Iīm trying to save todayīs trades with the dashboard as a Report to post it on the thread, but I canīt see the file once I save it. This has been happening to me for months and I donīt know how to get around it. Can someone help me with this?

I select the trades for today and I can see them on the screen but canīt find the report when I save it.

Scalping time !
The Dashboard takes care of all of the rule for you. When you see a Red Sell, you sell. A green Buy, you buy. Itīs very simple.

Yes, I am only doing EurUsd, GbpUsd, UsdJpy, UsdCad, AudUsd, UsdChf, EurJpy, EurGbp. The dashboard only accepts 8 pairs right now.

Al,

Are you talking about using the "Save as Report" or "Save as Detailed Report" features from MetaTrader which bring up a dialog like in the attachment I have here? If so, you should find the file in the location noted as "Save in" at the top of the dialog with the filename noted towards the bottom of the dialog.

I tried saving as both. I name the file, save in the desktop, click, the window dissapears as it should, but the file is nowhere to be found. I have done this many times trying to save reports of my trades, but the same thing happens all the time. They are nowhere.

Al , issit the save as report / detailed report from the account history window ? , i noticed it saves as a htm file. Erm , the default directory it saves to is the MT4 directory .. mebbe try resaving again but this time into Desktop ?

Ok saw your replies, mebbe try doing a Search in windows explorer ? ..

I'm an older guy too Al: I'd change the file location to Desktop so you can find it. My default location is always Downloads but I can find files easier in desktop; If I want to keep the file permanently I can move it to My Documents where it is backed up.

Hmm...just read your above post...would now go to explorer and search for the file to see where it went....

I do a search of the file and it doesnīt exist. For some reason when I click save, it just closes the window but it doesnīt save it.

Try using search in windows explorer , hit Windows icon key and type in your filename in the Start Search field

Did you try saving to an external harddisk or so, i think you could have a problem with your harddisk ?

They are getting there, but I would like AUDCAD closer to the FPV and NZDUSD closer to the R1.

make sure of this files exist in folder /template statement.html and StatementDetailed.html
if you remove or move somewhere else, you can't save report
