DislikedHi njokie-to be honest i didnt do good with that style and the reason is that its tempting to do many counter trades which is not good i think.i dont say supply and demand zones dont work-just saying its too subjective for me-truth is that i have seen more times the s/d zones fail than reversing the price-or reverse it for few pips.good luck!Ignored
DislikedFor me another name for Supply/Demand zone is ENTRY SIGNAL ZONE. The key is you want to see an etnry signal in the zone rather than simply going short in a supply zone or long in a demand zone. Supply and Demand zones are not trade signals.
The entry singal can be one interval or multiple intervals. That's up to the trader. But the idea is that the entry signal is disticnt from the idea of the Supply or Demand zone. That is to say, the signal can occur anywhere on the chart, but the only instances that you want to be looking to trade occur on/in/around...Ignored

DislikedI too have found it hard to work with supply and demand zones and i think it comes down to the shady interpretation and determining what a zone is.Ignored
DislikedI would agree that some of the newer practitioners use a "shady", although perhaps a better word would be "fluid", interpretation of what determines a zone. However those that have been at for awhile are more rigid (rule based) in determining what constitutes a Zone.
To be sure, even among the more experienced, there will be variations in the interepation. Two traders using Sam's work might not always find the exact same zones.

DislikedHi all,i am starting a new thread on this as it is a hybrid concept of VSA with S&D zones. There are great threads in ff to learn about these two concepts seperately.
Just thinking on a simple manner i made the following drawing
In my drawing i try to summurize what is happening on any chart- and this is 3 things happening for long trades and the reversed procedures for short.
So i am trying to fit any trade i will take in any of these 6 categories(3 for short-3 for long)
Looking forward for your feedback ,additional ideas and corrections...Ignored
