Higher low, lower high system

4hr showing nice divergence at possible long term potential SR level. 5 min lh little/no lower wick after a run down and decent retrace.

Got in on small bounce from psych level, out at BE when it couldn't break through W pivot 3108.

Re-entry early US session after hl fake out back into dir set by London. 5 min lh little/no lower wick, nice run down between psych levels.

GU right on an identified long term poss SR area. Reject of D pivot, 1 hr couldn't follow through higher. Not much pips though when W pivot held.

Wasn't in front of computer for these nice set ups.

Yesterday on eur. The red arrows down on 1hr are showing signs of a potential fall with rsi crossed lower, rsi divergence (D rsi was also crossed lower yesterday) at the RN 3200 which is the recent highs.

5 min red line shows close of 1hr neg candle. There are several clear lh's with little/no wicks that provided solid trades.

If you regard the eur move down over last 2 days as dip in uptrend then this pos 1hr close with divergence at Y's low provided nice buy op's.

5 min red line shows the close of 1hr candle (itself a nice hl) and another hl followed an hour or so later. As usual entries have little/no upper wicks for buys and the open below/close above 8 lwma easily seen.

Standard trades for us, again not in front of computer.

GU D chart trend quite clear.

1hr nice solid close candle pre/early US session. Shown as red line on 5 min. 20 mins after close nice hl bounce off 5775 psych level/M3 combo. As usual little/no upper wick and easily seen open below/close above 8 lwma

1hr reject of M3 with neg divergence at the Asian highs. Out just shy of 20 when 25 level held for some time.

Whilst gu is in a strong move up the massive shooting star, dble top on 1hr with neg divergence should have given chance of CT scalp.

Never followed through for some time so out at BE.

Whilst this is normally a set up we like with trend the eur downtrend (resuming) hasn't confirmed yet on D chart. So 8 pips above RN and on W pivot Mrs V left. IF the downtrend confirms at some point this 2b type reversal is something we would get into.

Well done to avoid Mrs V. It would have been an immediate loser.

The 1hr pos close above the RN/W pivot set up a nice hl at 3125. Mrs V didn't take she said there was news or Benanke talking I haven't checked but she left for that reason.

A series of hl's followed that she wasn't in front of computer for.

We really think the eur is going to turn and try for a decent push down we'll see. Until then we try and push that bias to one side and trade what we see.

After doji on 1hr Mrs V missed this one above the W M2 pivot.

She switched computer off for the bounce up from 50 level, debatable whether she would have gone with it given the 1hr upper wicks.

So we'll say these were not trades.

Having had a decent a bite of this nice move down allowed to re-enter with small stop. LH below RN little/no lower wick.

Stop at BE as we are around 5 day ADR/S2.

Some are better than others but a lower high following divergence is normally a good trade.

We have broken the low of Wed, Thurs a D lh may be the signal for a big run down, TWT. Bias will be on sells for eur and gu this week.

Mrs V missed out on the lh below 3250 on the eur but did get this aud lh 5 min shooting star little/no lower wick below 50 psych level. Out just short of 20 when she had to go and make dinner.
