you entered a short here, but from the previous charts it shows rsi in upwards direction on 4hr and 1hr. So the bias is long. So why would you enter a short ?

Also, does it matter what time of the day you draw the s/r on the four 1hr candles ?

Surely if the market opens say 8am, and you waited until 3pm to draw the s/r levels i.e. Candles 12am-3pm, would that not have missed the boat ? As all the action would have occured earlier on ...especially when market is closes at 4pm.


If my market open time is 8am (u.k), so i need to always draw the s/r lines for the candles 8am to 12pm, right ?

Have confirmed that the higher timeframes (daily, weekly) rsi is pointing up ?


From your 4hr chart the rsi is pointing down, so the bias is short. So why would you go long here ? Would you not wait for the rsi to turn ''up'' then look to enter ? (provided the weekly and daily rsi are also up).

Hi,

I am considering implementing this 3 tap method as I love trend lines big time, however has any manual back testing been done on the major pairs? Is this method still successful. From experience 2 taps seems to work better at times the 3rd definitely not 4 and 5 taps. Can this method be adopted to other times in the day or only those specified? Why those specific time zones?

im new to this thread and im wondering what does an up, down, side, slight up and slight down for law girls trend indicator really translate into on a real rsi indicator? i want to understand the basis of the indicator. thanks.

Hi,

can someone confirm especially LG if this setup is okay is the daily between 4 o'clock and 6 o'clock purple arrow okay? Currently testing on demo. Also, to continue this thread I think it would be beneficial and easier for newbies to follow if you made a youtube video or a few of examples for people to follow if you have the time.

I see this as a correct setup, despite if you start your TL down at red candle high and be not particulalry exact, your last red H4 candle already is the 4th touch, and your 3rd one would be the right to make exec decision.

Right now I have no possibility to check the recent weekly arrow, but you should go down to H1 anyway to check, if at time of entry PA is going your way.

In this thread there was another EA, which include the time to draw the arrows. This one is jumping to new colour at start of new TF. With the other one you have the possibility to give a percentage of time. Say, it would be 30, so EA would include 30% of old candle and include this colour and direction, before jumping to the new one. Arrows in this meantime are framed to make it visible.

anyone 3 tap trades today please share.

Is this an ideal setup its on the 1 hour however does it matter?

Also, does this system give you exit signals?

I like the simplicity its hard to believe trading is this simple.

This has been a +300 pip trade so far, I'm out overnite, but it could keep on going.

I'll take 300 pips in a week and a bit any day.

If you are patient these trades are there to be found. Watch for the setups on 4 hr and daily, fine tune your entry on 15 m - 1hr chart.

I enterred this trade on a 15 min chart with 40 pips risk, and set an initial profit target of 230 pips, got out at 280 pips profit.

Maybe I was just lucky (don't think so tho).

I wasn't looking for daily setups so far. Of course this TF make it possible to pocket larger profits. Did you start with this or is there a longer period yet, you were following this?

I saw the setup on the daily as discribed, and dropped to lower timeframe charts to fine tune my entry. Entered on a 15 min chart setup with 40 pip stop, then followed (managed) the trade back on the daily.

oh sorry... yes, been trading daily and higher over 12 mnths... I only wait for possible setups on daily or higher.

Last 4 months 24 trades, 21 wins.

I should add that I don't only trade 3 taps... in fact I've only traded a couple 3 taps the last 4 months.
