Yes I'm sure there will be no shortage of trading opportunities, that will never go away. It's just that my system works best on the GU and I have to empty my account to pay for some building structural repairs just when I was getting to an interesting volume. Now I have to start again with a micro account as I am not putting any of my savings towards trading. Just hope I have time to build it back up again before our financial system completely shits itself and collapses

Took out all my long position... get +34 pips, put a sell limit @ 1.5539... let's see where this baby goes

still hanging in there guys, hoping for a touch of 1.55 and with massive demand for shorts at this point im hoping to watch the price fall enough for me to get some defensive buy trades on, sitting glued to the screen...

i do hope it touch 1.55 too. but the highest 3 hours ago was 1.5497 for my broker. so i decided to close all my long positions manually. not worth to take the risk for extra 3 pips.

Yes I have actually looked at google, yahoo, IBM etc on a markets.com account I have but is empty as I prefer to keep my money in Australia. They tend to trend very well and smoothly being (I presume) blue chip tech stocks. I have not tried my system out on them but will try ( in visual mode only ). The daily gaps will take getting used to though.

i think your not alone and it could be the reason we are seeing such limited movement, as more and more people cash out of their postions we are maybe less likely of seeing this touch 1.55 right now, maybe a slow retrace down to the mid 1.54's before we gather some more demand for another shot at the title, i think the next hour will be important. 1 hour trend line has flattened out and the question are being asked. Im thinking that sentiment is turning more bearish as time goes on and people get nervous holding longs.

im more confident also that ANY touch of 1.55 will see a decent amount of shorts entering the market, giving a better bump south than if it doesn't touch 1.55.

we have some awesome bullish daily MACD momentum (red and blue lines) and some bullish divergence. I wouldnt be shorting just yet. The 1 hr TL has been broken up and looks like she just wants to climb. one TL to go before we could see some serious overall bullish action (much to my amazement I must admit).

I have posted my charts before....they are simple and to the point. All notes are on the chart - I don't see anyone getting nervous about a long here.....I see shorts starting to cover and more longs entering the market. See my previous posts - Ask Navin about my insight.....

I think GU will go up to test resistance @ 1.5525 & next @ 1.5571. If you don't mind may i ask you something? what MA do you put on your chart?

Morning , the bull still in action , limit for bull 5404 not tested yet & both eu & gu now below 200sma & below next limit . may try further bull or correct any ,symmetrical triangle /bull flag H1 tf . lets see ib breaks or bull first at next cretocal level .5483/80 & 77 breaks & hold with confirmation 59 will take for correction down or so & breaks top 5497 as bull continue.

close price & lower tf it more a bear flag/wedge or a small diamond swing than bull with a false spike up to hit 5500/01 to start down possible ! anyway 5501 breaks may book for next long .

Non-stop tanking continues but some good levels can change altogether still , 79.89/86 one such level.
It was great surprise in 2012 perhaps or if bounce to bull again then great ranging may be another . extected high rangings but extent not .
lets see , who break at last .gu, eu doing all bull to top & more just unbelievable yet !!
