When you pin pointed your turning point on 5min you mentioned the flags. I could not quite see what you were referring to. Would they be more obvious to see on a 1M chart or am I just not looking closely enough?

DislikedWas doing some red research. Started reading his posts on correlation and had a little look myself. Why did EU turn here? Look at EURJPY. Makes obvious sense now.
I'm sure there were other confluent correlated setups but I think this illustrates it well.

I spot a diamond on daily EURUSD, which implies a big move ahead in either direction.
Since it is based @ weekly demand a break north would be most likely, but the internal structure supports a break south.
