Man it has been a wild couple of days for the EUR.

All of a sudden everyone cared about Italy, Downgrades galore, then Ben swooped in with his helicopter. And I heard summers are usually dull in Forex...

I have been trying to develop a good if-then strategy as some on this forum do. Have been reasonably successful, have just been anal about picking good spots (as i see 'em) and setting SL at BE as soon as possible... Its a fine line though.

Right now I feel that either 1.42 area shall hold and we are going back down, or we break and its a game changer going back up to 1.45 area.

Will let the squiggly lines tell me, but if Ben busts his 3rd nut, we shall be showered with the sweet nectar of Speculative Fervor once more

Babies are amazing....Mine is almost 3 now....she knows my charts....and tells me when to sell...she does not know where to buy...but she knows when to sell...lol....

Yes it gets boring and tiring..this trading thing.... But what to do...I am hooked...

Don't leave the temple, it is a scary world out here.

QE3 is not going to happen, with Congress pushing for deficit reductions, and the elections coming up next year there won't be too many favoring another massive influx of wasted taxpayer money to keep the markets afloat.

Ben has to. at least give the hint. if not we would be at 1.3 by now in a panic. they don't mind it dropping. they just are going to avoid panic.

the central bank does not need congress to approve anything. BB can do what he wants. congress does not fund the fed. they just fund what the fed contributes to the imf. ben is free to print what he wants.

yeah.. and especially looking at the daily we made a new low so bounce is normal... right now I am treating this as a point to add on a higher TF..

who cares.. fed is an independent agency, separate from the politics (theoretically).
