I'm using FxCm about 2 years and I'm more in robot trading, so i would say it really sucks if you compare with other brokers. It gives about twice less profits as expected. The reason why i'm still with them is becasue they are heavily capitalized and I belive that my money is relatively save

I have contacted FXCM Australia and they also have a 2000 $ minimum, but haven't it updated yet on the their website.

Sad a broker with a good trading platform and good education program has such a stupid business model. It isn't such a big problem for me to add 1000 $ more, but altough I have already traded live, I'm still a newbie and I feel the most comfortable with 1k in the account.

Anyway, it seems I'll open a UK Micro. Thanks for the responses.

I go to options > save chart on closing > YES

Draw lines and do analysis :nerd:

Shutdown > Turn ON >

LINES GONE.

What Gives.

I have read many negative reviews about FXCM. Withdrawal problem, support problem, platform problem and many other problems that vary country to country.

Micro account, can I set a Long say to trigger when the market moves above a certain area ?? Can't see how!!

Can't see how to do a Stop entry, disabled in Micro accounts ??

Don't believe everything you hear, some people have a way of turning small issues into huge issues if you look for dirt on anything on the internet there will always be someone unhappy and complaining about it, sadly not many do the opposite.

right click on the ticker then choose "create entry order" ...

Thats how I can do limit orders which I'm using, ie price is 1.6020 currently, buy 1 at 1.6000 if it gets there, I want to go, price is 1.6020 go Long at 1.6050 if it gets there ie turns up.


Am I missing something ??

ok where is the problem so choose buy @ 1.6050

Ahhhh I see, just put in a higher price and it automatically becomes a stop order, no messing around with a stop entry order like I had to with stocks and screwed up making it buy at market more often than not.

I have not experienced any problems with support and withdrawals.
The only and most important issue is their platform.

Hi XTrade,

I checked with tech support on this one, and we have seen this problem occurring for some traders. The developers are working on a long term fix, but it seems to be one of the trickier issues to resolve since it's hard to replicate on our side. My best suggestion is to uninstall/reinstall with a regedit. Instructions can be found here . It's not guaranteed to work, but worth the try if the problem is driving you crazy. Please be VERY careful when deleting anything from your registry.

Hi Jason ,need urgent clarification.Been trading using fxcm for 2yr+ and loving the marketscope platform very much to me it is the one of the best platform available and very user friendly ,withdrawal of fund is also easy but
recently i receive email that fxcm is phasing out Singapore client?Need to close the account by 15JUL.Is it due to US or Singapore regulation?Is there anyway I can still trade with FXCM?
