I also not know the support line for today anymore, thats why I stopped with the win, it is enough for today..and better not risk for next monday, I prefer to start a new week rules on resistences and supports and candle formations as well.. I also stopped out if the Pa can figure a new high for the next week, in general the week was a uptrend week..

I closed longs quite quickly after the fart from Merkel on 4270. It is hard to keep them 6 hours longer to get a few pips more out of 'em...

nice move today, missed part of it being away from computer.

got some pips though shorting 4330, and partial close now.
will let it be for 1-2 more hours, see what we get.

Unzulässige Milchmädchenrechnung ... we say in such cases ...

This is only possible if you say ... hmmm ... normally I do trade 1x amount of such a position ... today I took 9x amount of that ...

But that does not count ...

All what counts is a "pips move" in "pips values" ... no matter if you trade normally 10K, 100K, one mill, ten mill or whatever ...

On the other hand so-called countertrend trade moves...

very good posting, again :-)


Elliott pointed to the upside, that was sure. But I was surprised, that it did not stop at around 4220. So I had to recount and sometimes a count with a small likelihood gets the price. That was here the case. I think that a big portion of the EW-people waited for a final wave 5 down, but is was done already. It was a very tiny wave 4 and 5 nearly nobody would have expected.

Heads up to all the people here which get it right from the beginning. Some called 4320 this morning, some came even with higher targets. I wondered at that point.

With this move such high the bearish case is severly weakened. We have to drop now fast below 4220 to stay in the bearish case. If the bearish case stands, then we have seen a 1-2, 1-2 move from the top at 469x

We can run up to 4496 without losing the bearish case. Right now (if we count the move up as ABC) we have C = 1.27x A That is a good point to go south again. The 1.62 extension is around 4370


And "Milchmädchenrechnungen" we do not like, of course.

And to each his/her own trading-style.

i am a scalper. i trade with not small lots. tight Stop loss. but want today to take one 85 pips trade . its only principle
