This is what I use for reversals....25 Fib... from the last swing.. on 4 hr.
The very top I use the Diamond Top ....or DiamondBottom Go bck thru my posts and look at the attachment with the Diamond Top

Could you please explain the significance you see in it?

EDIT: I don't know much about bond markets and the correlation to currencies.

so please be carefull lol

down to 4220 then up to 42500 (i expect us to end the day in this area) ultimately we will end up at 1.4130. for now.

will make another plan once (if) we get there or if we cross below 1.425 (give or take a couple of pips) then close above that area.

once we get below 1.4276 this area will be defended by the bears. once we get below 1.4220 that area will also be defended by the bears.

right now i have sl at +190 pips on 3 short positions. if i were to close now it would be around 400 pips. let's see if, by leaving these on, i will be leaving almost 200 pips on the table (if it comes back to my sl) or if i make a excelent week start.

lol, well that make two of us........they way I am reading it...one part of this large rally in EUR/USD was the market expecting higher rates in the EU, seems like that expectation has cooled off a bit in the last few days...

it was already engulfed. we are in a b/o atm.. next level on the daily is if the day close below 4229.... so lets say 4228.. it will probably bounce after hit.. 4053 is the one after (minor).. next predictive is 400x... and there may be support at 4155..... add in others you like.

Matter of concern , extension can do well for my target still just to care about , sl set above 4300 & once breaks below the low to above 4282, ok perhaps .yes extension 5th continued .

i don't have a clue. my target was 36.48.. we hit it and slipped past.. then bounced above. all normal.. so if we get below 36.48 .. next i had in a sequence was 32.22 as #2 target. eye should be kept on gold above 1512.25

but i mentioned on several occasions a Aug2008 repeat could easily be in the making. .4300 will be a nice sell entry.
