Thanks mate. I really love doing my back muscles and body core exercises. Nonetheless I do each body part with pure love and integrity. It's all in the brain, as my uncle says. What mind achieves body will follow. Having said that he was a bodybuilding champion when my country was still under control of Soviet Union.

Every hour, I have Cool Timer (software) that alerts me to take a break and do 30 push ups / situps. It has helped tremendously with back ache I had.

yes I use it and it is a huge energy boost. I also pop barley grass pills all day long. I used to juice barley and wheat grass but I only have so many hours in a day. Now I jut make big batches of sprouts (wheat, alfalfa, radish, broccoli, lentil, etc) and eat gobs of those every day.

Seriously, tho, the Green Magma is awesome. I take a teaspoon or two in a big glass of carrot juice or in a green smoothie when I wake up and I have the strength of 50 men. For realz a big shot of that stuff on an empty stomach is better than smoking crack any day...

is it more practical/economical to buy these stuff than a juicer & juice it yourself?
probably good to have both, no?

i imagine u are so healthy & alert/active with all that stuff.

I'm not too gifted in the muscle department and am not fond of anything where I have to exert my self too much either. I've ran, rowed, lifted free weights and used machines, done situps... but It's all just so boring guys, seriously. The boredom combined with the unpleasantness of sweating like hell or struggling to lift something, is just too much for me to be able to make a routine. I enjoy to enjoy my self.

Personally, I eat pretty much according to the Harvard food pyramid, and swim at a leisurely pace for an hour at a time twice to three times a week. I walk in to town and back about four times a week (25 mins each way) and that's that.

I think is is probably enough exercise for a gentleman such as my self.

Also you can do a lot of different muscle groups comfortably using it. It's really a cool item to have in the crib and the ladies love it too ;-)

Weight training every other day, basic compound exercises like squat, deadlift, bench etc in the 4-8 rep range, 3 or 4 exercise per workout with 2 worksets.

I try to increase the weight each workout. If an exercise stalls in progress, then switch to something similar, e.g. flat bench to incline bench.

Diet is a little more complicated and a lot of trial and error to find what works for me, I follow something called intermitant fasting, and eat high protein, med fat and cycle carbs (higher on workout days).

Cardio is 1 sometimes 2 45min walks each day, thats all.

i think trading few hours a day and working out in the evening is good.
but it would be nice to have a gym equipment in front of your monitor will you trade with a soft music playing in the background.

Hi, just interested in the volume, frequency and exercises you are doing. Do you train primarily for strength? I am always looking for ways to increase strength faster and I think low volume with high frequency may be the way to go but its not something I've tried. You say you do 100 pull ups each day which is most impressive, how long did it take you to get to that level?

I like to workout to the limits in the gym. Max weights, max reps and a lot of different sets. All this I do precisely with huge focus and slowly. This way I do it properly, my muscles grow and I excel. Some might say I do too much, get too less rest, but it works for me. Sometimes I do low volume with high frequency but thats once in a while and very rare. You have to develop a feel for your body, just like for the markets, and it takes years. I train to maintain my body and soul. That means to have great physics, strength and endurance. Sports is my drug, just like trading. Requires complete dedication and endless hours of hard work. I think around 6-12 months to achieve constant 100 pull ups daily, can't remember for sure. Back is a huge muscle group and it catches up quickly when you start working on it hard. I love working out my back as much as I hated before when was not doing pull ups at all, only other exercises ;-)
