Nice free fall. I'm really enjoying these last two days

You might want to take note of the law firm mentioned in the (what looks like to me) Civil RICO suit against FXCM. Info was posted last night here and on the broker thread.

If your scammer is American domiciled, Civil RICO has some real teeth: different standards of discovery, etc, and treble damages. And someone who actively tries to hide things then commit offenses which fall under criminal RICO.

Not many law firms are willing to put up with the procedural barriers and the general judiciary skepticism of the civil provisions of the RICO act, but when they do, and if they're good at it, people recover. And they, of course, often get rich in the process.

Yep, happy to have quit the break. Had to take it after last week's events to calm down.
My premature short (1/5 of a position was stopped out at 4215), but with the reported protection of 2450 I sold the tops in that nice range they gave us... riding it since.

Btw... I have a FE-target at 4076.1, and with the 50% fib of the move at 4058.1 we could bounce a bit.

Where will it lead? No idea just yet... hopefully below 4000, that would take a massive psychological enthusiasm out of this pair.

What's up with UJ? Did they cement it?

btw: Sisse, I did not forget about the discussion we lead about and wanted to continue via Skype. I have come up with something new again over the weekend... and so far, it works like a charm. Curious? Join me, for 99 bucks just kidding...

G7 CBs decided to artificially hold support until Japan problems settle down. Like always when markets are not free to flow ...they kill volatility.

thanks for your reply, i did go and see a lawyer in Cyprus (they're Cypriot company) but no luck.
If anybody out there is a lawyer and wants 50% of my funds in return for helping (usd500k) then thanks - but i'm not wasting money up front.

I hope people clicked on the link to help other people out.
