I assume you'd like to buy there ... should it actually get there, that's gonna leave one funny set of candle prints on the H1 - and I'd wonder if it'll be a wick or down candle that's left behind ... probably will have to be a couple of hours out still, pre-NY start.

no offense, but if u keep asking redundant & very easy questions, it will make the thread much lengthier than it already is (so in effect u are contributing to the lengthiness, & u are complaining but at the same time, u are partially at fault).
if u do your homework, (which we all should do), then redundant questions will be avoided, & this thread will be much more compact.
use the attachments section (look for the paper clip icon on the top right of every page.

do your homework.. make an effort. trading is a personal business, so be self-reliant as much as possible. again, no offense

yes it can take its time, im hoping its there around ny open so ny can buy it up another 100 pips to meet its atr around 3850. not happy going long too close to 3800 so if it doesnt get 3760-70 i may not have a trade.

there is no period setting, i think you messed it up with the vma which is a volume weighted average.

for the vwap only the session begin and session end matters to start calculation.

try to get a manual from your broker and figure out what the period settings are there for.

Welcome back to the stupid euro movements ... hopefully this 60 pip down move and 1.375 bottom is it - I don't get what happened to the buyers of that snap-up earlier, if it gives.

That aside, we've got news in <90 minutes, of the spot fx popping kind (US Core & unemp) - tough to enter a trade, although I'd have to speculate long.

Not sure if everyone caught it: sinner over in his thread indicated a USDJPY big boy straddle that would be in the money if it's outside of 81 or 83 - I'd bet for the downside target, since it's only 80 pips away, and depends on at least 1 or ideally both US news items to be bad; seems even good news is making USD churn down lately. Sitting tight 'till then.

wanting to take long but not convinced by this. also have another problem now that i have decent gains this week im scared to take anything cos i dont wanna lose any, so ill end up missing the trade when it does come probably
