yeah but japan has little resources. and someone with a bigger soapbox then i, has finally told the truth. japans gdp = debt. excluding future interest. so each year for now on they are - gdp. so to get out they will have to force de-evaluation. but they cant unless they pay people to borrow money with - interest rate. they have an aging population and live on a volcano... social cost just go higher with a aging population. they will have to work till 150 to solve their problem. death solves all problems. in 10 years the world will look different.

On the monthly chart and weekly, we have finished the 5th wave in 2008 and have consolidated in the abc's. We are now starting a new trend (USD bullish) for the next couple of years. This recent high in the euro would be considered a buying opportunity for USD bulls (long term projection) and would consider buying usd now. Thanks girls and boys and have yourself a grand week.

Man, I don't even wanna get started on the smoke and mirrors that has been Japan for over 20 years.

But regarding this: "in 10 years the world will look different." I think that that's going to be true in 10 months. Which is one big reason that everyone here, long, short, or flat at the moment, is in the right place at the right time.

The attached indi draws boxes when the price moves a defined number of pips. It starts at 0:00 GMT each Sunday evening/Monday morning.

I would like it to start at 08:00 GMT each day. Is this possible to reprogramme?

EZ is just a few degrees above. the high euro prices them out the world markets. they get fooled with Germany gdp. Germany is selling their goods to the Swiss and in the ez mostly. places where the euro going higher verses usd had little affect. A false reality of the true picture of what is really happening. they live with the same rising social cost with a aging population. with few natural resources. a banking system backed up by broke countries. broke countries backed up by the same broke banks. the king has no cloths.

Methodological question seeking opinion: why is it that renko seems to be fairly well accepted, while point and figure, which measures (or at least works) the same, is highly dissed?

Is it that renko is displayed in a way that is more in keeping with what we're all used to seeing?

The bottom line is that there is not enough pure liquidity, or natural resources, in the world to support it all at the levels the "haves" want to maintain and the "have nots" want to build.

It stays together as long as everyone is willing to believe (or at least pretend), and so long as there is not a general cry that the emperor is naked.

Given the way the system is put together, that doesn't change over night, but, ultimately, change it must.

EDIT: Not today, but if anyone wants to see an almost iconic case study in what I mean, take a look at the market for helium (the second most plentiful element in the universe, but not so much the case on earth) over the last couple years.

Now, somewhat ironically, I am being ordered out on a shopping expedition. Good luck on the open, all, if I don't get back in time.

One fact is if you are buying lets say a car,no matter what country youll be in make it deep in Russia ,somewhere in Africa,US dollars gonna be gladly accepted ,people need a currency which they can trust and those times when humans carried pouches with coins are long gone.

it will happen over night when one bank misses a payment to another. and the dominos fall. what will cause it is the, same thing propping it up. they keep pulling liquidity to prop up banks. whats gonna happen when one of those computers draw from a dry well? then that computer cant pay the ones drawing from it.. lack of liquidity w/o the domino affect stagnates investment, wages ect. meanwhile commodities have gone up verses the usd. these ass clowns focus on that... but the ass clowns or not saying they have increased verses the euro also. so profit margins are tightening in ez. as liquidity tightens. when the euro goes so high that nobody can afford it/nobody will be able to afford it. did that happen yet??? did it happen with gold? we will c.. gold is doing anticipated bounce atm..
