You don't need to turn off the background ops unless you have to little memory .. or vista.

I use Google Chrome, the actual Dealbook Web is flawless, no problems, it's the graph once you launch it.

I open 3 graphs, 15M, 1H and 4H. It seems that many seem to lag it, it is run in Flash, and Flash isn't perfect.

W/e.

I've been using Dukascopy to chart, its platform is amazing. Just can't rely on the GFT Web charts.

I would wait until a break of the 61.8% Fibo.

I have a pending short under just below it, and one below the 50% mark.

Unless your broker has spreads less than 1.5 and you're aiming for scalps of 2-5 pips, I wouldn't trade this just yet.

But this is my opinion and I'm a losing muppet trader.

Chrome as Piters likes is fine as well...

Opera still tips the scales for me...not like I make a profit, to each their own, just throwing down a suggestion...

Yeah I've noticed. Even though GFT's web charts don't have many functions, I use a pretty naked chart, so it wasn't a big deal. It's just the fact that once you run 2+ charts, one if not all the charts freeze up, while the actual browser trade station reads differently.

Just going to run through Jforex trading contest so I can use the platform for another month, if I get enough energy to manually mail all my information over to Switzerland, then I'll deposit 1k just to open a Dukascopy account.

I finally took a long on the last drop that hit 1.3236 and made a fast 6 pips.

'out of the box' opera is fine, google is 'pretty' and improving at a fast rate.

but firefox, spend 10 hours tweaking it, it's beyond a browser with what can be done.

Add-in their new Beta ... Things are looking good.

Piters.. i wasn't even looking at this forum nor following anyone's advice when i shorted it.. it was due to S/R and MACD on the 1 hr that seemingly pointed downwards together with stochs.. hence the short.. i just came to this forum to see if anyone had any post on or views on the huge volatilty ... nothing to do with picking people's post off... i'm learning as much as i can.. reading magix thread.. ironman ... deep118 and cloggie.. geez.. dun make me sound like some kinda tramp .. i would ask for advice. .but never for a buy or sell tip ... under then the 1 mikstae i made with fxgreen...

Hmm .. try troubleshooting with

or try running separate versions of chrome in different locations, just mess around with it.

I personally think once they have their cloud fully functional, that will make certain things 1000x better.
