I have often joked here that the E/U is like a crippled midget wrestling match. But when risk is really pulled way back, who does the world run to? Sure as shit not the euro. The old risk on/euro strength dynamic will maintain if the EU can show solidarity, but will be limited as long as the sovereign debt issues are getting play. Weight the other end and short any kind of weakness in EM and eurozone stock & debt markets - seems the safer bet.

Morning all . Sitting idle & so a chart again , no new though .

Apparently pull back towards 3795 may be over before the move towards 3460 next down but as the next daily candle a 6th of bear rally ,often does ranging due decision making one can even very reluctently may go to even 3888 with risk of abortion the rally down itself. should be extreme unusal though before back to pavilion .

the pulback & movement down be over around 3460 to 3334 to even 3055 whatsover next correction /pullback can expect towards 4084/29,3843 and 3434 respectively depending upon level of the previous down.

That is all the same down end wave 1 & one good correction end future wave 2 before further down start big wave 3 .

Due all out currency war things can much faster than expected pa , that is fast down , US vs rest of the world ( too many hermits may waste more before the action ) .

Just imagination , lets see what next.

The pair closed above support at 1.3650.
However, the immediate trend is bearish.
We will see the reaction to this support ....

New daily low on monday and we are going to 1,3300.
Any attempt to go lower without taking out fridays low and we are going back to 1,4100
