rate raise will raise usd. qe will lower it. they cant much lower then they presently are 0 1/4... so qe bs is the only bullet they have. but banks aren't loaning at 0 1/4 at least much (or prime plus).. they are buying back stock and paying off other higher interest. companies that are able to borrow are doing the same. w/o spending. home owners are doing the same. many of the worthy borrowers already have made their new loans. so need may be drying up.

back when i was borrowing banks only loaned to people who did not need the money. what is old is new again... banks only loan to those who don't need the money. people who don't need borrow less. less money means less spending. less spending means unemployment changes little..

btw ...my wholesale cost have gone up.. so i bet there's a touch of inflation in the u.s.

Ok I have one more short attempt currently -16 pips.

Here is what I found. I agree its hard to go long again. I am trying to adjust to the market conditions.

If it it bounces off this line it will continue down to the following resistances as shown, if it breaks through it will likely be the beginning of a larger bull trend up. I am avoiding any trades until I see a confirmation breakthrough or bounce.

3970 relates to daily trend for me. Was bearish TL but now might invalidate twice.... would bring us to a new high unless high volume push down in NY or london.

Hey Gator,

POMO numbers indicate more and more near term purchases... what does this mean?

few weeks ago they only did 600 mill... brought the market down a bit. Also they did the reverse repo removing 1.5B in liquidity. Just wanted to put it in perspective. Any thoughts?/

We are concerned with Aussie today ... as it is more aggressive looking for upside potential ... from a very special calculation method ... it shows us pretty good profitable projections in AUD/USD ...

let's see, if they are gonna do it. if so, the train has already started, but pricing this in is not going to happen, as it is a one-time event. entering higher would be nice, but that's not my main-concern.

channels containing us nicely so far, and you could easily be right again by betting that we'll see 1.18 before 1.5 ;-)
