Great charts xmzhang, looks like an intricate electrical circuit board.
I see you are working hard on the story behind PA.
Very inspiring.
. I always make notes on my chart of the (demo/live) trades I took to analyse these in hindsight. And yes with some fantasy the chart could represent the layout of an electrical circuit board, where those bars represent electrical resistances and the wicks are electrical wires
. But you guys still haven't answered my original question about that big 80 pip bar yet.

sure did.
it happened during & after the US news about 40minutes ago.
Oanda had a weak connection (even got disconnected for a short while) & prices were delayed by about +/-10pips in some/all pairs (MT4 demo accounts were doing fine) for about 10minutes.... but when i exited a position, the exit price was the real-time one. cool

The times he like to trade are;
US OPEN, Near 10:30, In the morning and wants to get done before Lunch time starts cause traders go to have lunch so less volatility.
After the Lunch Time, 2:30, When traders come back from lunch and wants to get done before 4:00 cause of near close.

Well that BUOB was one big disapointment to me. Why? good size + div.
Yes against main trend but really looked like the trend exhausted (due to size and div)...
So what was my problem with this trade? Should I never trade agianst main trend (even with div + good size)??? Or should I just ignore one failed setup (because even good fail too) and keep on doing what I do?

not sure when you got in? break of previous bar long?
on daily it looks like a real swift move back down testing support
perhaps never trading against the main trend is something to look into, but never take it too hard b/c of one failed trade.

not sure when you got in? break of previous bar long?
on daily it looks like a real swift move back down testing support
perhaps never trading against the main trend is something to look into, but never take it too hard b/c of one failed trade.
It still has not exactly traded below BUOB but I still consider it a failure... a good trade must not have 100% bar retrace

Yes entered @ 14.06 (above previous bar+10c). Exited soon due to found error with my position calculations, but anyway I kept my eye on it because I thought the setup was really cute....
It still has not exactly traded below BUOB but I still consider it a failure... a good trade must not have 100% bar retrace
