What is your reasoning behind the short K7420? Do you have any analysis you can share with us or you just blindly listening to other peoples calls

There is no such thing as "I thought" this game does not work on gutt reactions it works on whats on the charts. Read your charts carefully and look at longer term time frames forget about looking at shorter term frames and trying to get small little pips. Just b/c it has gone up 100-200 pips does not mean its going to come down 100-200 pips. No point stressing out over a few pips its not worth it. EUR/USD has gone up over a 1000 pips since its lows without much retrace. You have to look at technicals and use fundementals as triggers. This game...

This is how I see it, but you are wellcome to correct me if I'm wrong
the fibo is not 100% correct because I don't know how to set the parameters
but this is the fibo from 1.6037 to 1.1875 even tho it saids different, so the 50% may not be the 1.3958 but close, anyways the point is that we may bounce here at the 50% level, then go down to pick up steam and go to the monster trend line up there at the 61.8% level or go straight to it
but eather way I'm long with a tite stop, friday was profit taken and they didn't toke it, so that is a sign that the trend is strong, unless Spain, Portugal and some other small country go bankrupt on saturday
or Ben raise interest rates on sunday

I've been 'forecasting' 1.38 all week just by looking at the longer term chart. Traders seem to forget theres more going on in the market than the '5 min'. EU ran for 1000 strong bullish ticks, with no retrace, and no one saw it. Traders were too busy calling tops.
Now that price has reached 1.38, I'm still looking for a push upwards to reach 1.40. Don't think retrace will happen until price makes 1.40 or near.
One retrace has happened, I believe price will fall all the way down to 1.30.
With 1.38 knocked out, and price over extended past 1.36 & 1.37 s/r level ... 1.40 level is the next in sight. Guess where my money will be Sunday/Monday?
