Breakout to the upside next 15 mins. Analysis from 5M PA, 2 bounces off 200MA and 50MA crossing 100MA soon

You bet. Rumors are hot that the BOJ might do an old school massive intervention. When is the last time it was done - the '90's? The gist though is that BOJ would flood the market with yen, selling yen, buying euros, buying dollars. I guess previous interventions have involved transactions in the $100 billion range. The result would be some prime volatility. I don't think anyone really believes they will do it, but according to the article, they are planning for it. Rumor has been that it would be today.

I wasn't trading back in BOJ big intervention days so I don't know much about it.

well, if they buy all majors, where does that lead... whipsaw-haven? in the end, if it happened one day, or even today, it would be best to step aside or erase any sl, because in the end, we will crawl in the same 20 pip range as it is now *gg

too bad ak4x doesn't come around much anymore. he used to be a yen trader way back when and lived thru some of them. I think I recall him saying that's why he stopped trading yen?

I was spacin' out reading the news and forgot about Aussie employment #. But I had a long running and I just closed it for 20. lol if I'd been watching I probably would have closed it sooner.
