thanks for the link, I spent a lot of time doing figure drawing when i was younger , never had much of an appreciation for classical til i notice the line quality in my work was more smooth, and i was more patient with my work specially through a 2-3 hour session.

It might sound funny to you,but believe me

I do all the trading while standing up and till the trading closed never sits up,i don't know why..

but i feel so relaxed and charged up while trading and many times often i practice some Yoga and Exercise while trading ,few of my collegues laugh on me and think i am mad..but by doing such way i never burst up and never feel lazy it makes me very healthier and energetic..and stress is no where nearer to me.

every people have different way's to do different things,some feels music will be best to keep there concentration and i feel physical exercise is best to get the focus.
