I think some trade above 30/35 could prompt some short covering...just specking...

Hi Mr Bull,

I tend to agree that looking at the daily charts this is just part of a correction.

Euro was in a steady upchannel (base 1.1922 close of 7th June - 1.2189 close of 29th June)

On 13th July it broke through the top of the channel, significantly at this point it broke through the resistance trendline marked by December and May highs.

At this point the Euro started to get a little ahead of itself, bounced on the top of the channel on 21st July and then took off again.

Now price is back in the middle of the original channel and whilst it remains in this channel then medium term bull move is still intact.At this point in time the bottom of the sloping support line is at 1.2700 ish.A break of that trend line would mark the end of this up move.

Price will most likely pull back up to 1.2927-35 where is next significant accumulation of shorts and there likely goes 50-MA on 5min tf when we get there.
They think they are smarter than I am.

Why do you think ity will stop there?
For me it looks like 1.2955 area is a stronger resistanceline? Or what I am I overlooking?

Yes, I also agree with you
That trendline is really the last one that supports the bull trend. A break of that trendline will definitely mark the end of the up move.

I dont know if its stops there, that is the point where to watch next move.

Yup, around 1.2947-55 is bigger resistance.

Maybe Stochs that time could give some indication as well.
They think they are smarter than I am.

Do I see a 38.2 fib on that chart? Thats 2568 on mine If i see it correctly..
From that chart we can see that a daily TL has been broken...good one but needs 2568 to hold if bulls wanna keep the uptrend
