We have now seen the signs and shifts and fundamentals. The market is beginning to trade off of the economic outlook once again instead of the corporate earnings. Given the FED, European, and UK economic downgrade we should see a return to safe haven currencies. Targeting 1.2550 on the EUR/USD. The breakout neckline level of the head and shoulders pattern that occurred that sent the EUR/USD up to 1.30
