If the Euro continues to move higher in the midst of this Sell off in the Stock market, that would be a good indication that we may indeed see 3050 today.

Yes i know I trade with OEC but I use SierraCharts for charting ... the only affordable option for me.

The actual european bank struggles are related more to sovereign debt risk aspects rather than internal housing market.

well i posted long before your chart about the weakening euro. anyway that sovereign debt you talk about is still here. the the housing debt. you talk about is still here. add in the future debt. not talked about in the news yet. when money is tightened there is a reaction. the bs about banks is just there to fool the sheep. ez is still sitting with high social cost on an aging population. of the 3 things needed for a strong currency (you need at least one). manufacturing, banking, or commodities. im sure we can agree to exclude commodities. so after we got banking and manufacturing. only time will tell if europe can compete with asia in manufacturing. but im sure asia can do it cheaper. so that leads us to banking. now its time to see where the tightening realization will take us. the sheep will follow only if fed. tick tock.

Huge sell off in gbp, drop 70 pips from fresh highs, .... the euro, nop, where are the supposed indians selling on 1.3070???

what is propping this pair up? dow is selling off. Most people expect a drop. Why won't this thing hurry up and fall.

Just for curiosity, how about USA? Is everything ok there? I suppose their situation influence EUR/USD, don't you think so?

they are terrible. its no secret. .. so what now? things are terrible in the consuming country. what happens to the exporting ones? s. korea is devaluing to keep up on export declining fears. on the other hand ez tightens with stress test. who wins? well jd powers says s. korea..

Looks like a double top or 2 pin bars on the 1H.

The bulls have not given up but do not seem to be able to get past 1.3100.

A little early to be sure but it looks as though this is going down. My concern with shorting would be if there were bad GDP numbers for the US tomorrow.
