I had to do it.. I had to [gulp] go long AUD/USD with a stop where people who are not mentally challenged put their stop.. i.e. below support rather than 10 pips above it..

long AUD/USD .857 s/l -15

I love it when Reuters posts financial articles 3 hours after they've been rendered obsolete..

nope.. a little bit late on that Reuters

AUD does look bouncy, no doubt. But my concern is that it stopped today at May 50%, resistance zone is .8578-.8708. Not much headroom man. And weekly is switching to a down trend from the looks of things.

I plan to t/p soon It's a continuation of the same trade I had earlier.. I got it at a better price and put my stop below support.. I looked at the chart incorrectly when I placed my order.. there was some intraday support at .858 but the actual support is at .8565..

Nikkei futures are heating up .. the trade looks ok so far. I can handle getting stopped out on a hunch, but not a bonehead error.

15m looks good for a bounce, triple divergence in histogram

yup.. looking good so far.. I figured that after a move of 6 big figures the pair would find support at the major breakout level after a little t/ping..

Personally, I find it silly that a Moody's downgrade of a bankrupted country would cause such a sell-off in equities considering that the market has already priced in a razing of the Parthenon.. Fundies and technicals are bullish AUD. I figured it was worth a shot. It's really the only trade I see.... up 10 and feeling okayish about holding through Asia.

Australian minutes got me.. [sigh] .. looked good for a while.

well...most of my trades are closed within a couple minutes tops. so there isn't time to be toggling in between and post the trade as it happens as I need to have my finger on the close button. I thought this was a scalping thread. I see that you are in trades a lot longer. A friendly heads up would have been sufficient, but then you block me so I can't respond. That's ok though. I'm out of here.

absolutely no one cares about the results of trades you did not call out beforehand

I called out short EU 1.232 yesterday s/l -25 and I'm filled on it today..

actually there's resistance at 1.235 as well so I'll move the stop up 10 pips to 1.2355

cutting my EU short -3 pips .. way too much equity strength today.

Long EJ and GJ instead.. 112.75 and 135.3 s/l -45 on both of them.

Would love to say I t/p'd to the tune of 100+ pips on those trades but I got greedy and got stopped at 1 pip on each instead.. damn!

now I'm long EU 1.2265 s/l -15

banking 50 on EU .. I just can't handle another profitable trade snapping back on me and the market is really choppy.

That's a confirmed breakout in the S&P and currencies aren't following .. hmmmm.. a bit confusing.

this choppiness is annoying.. only beer will fix this, Count..
