It's definitely bearish on the 5 minute chart. Dow has slid into negative, but gold and oil are also down.

Just gonna be one of those days. Good time to bone up on low volume trading though.

What do u mean? Bearish divergence propels PA southward not upwards. What type of divergence? Reverse/Hidden, Classic? Oscillator or Histogram? Momentum, CCI,MACD,OsmA, OBV,STO,RSI??

I only use MACD and RSI cos I'm using kolachi method.
I see the RSI bearish divergence on daily chart. And now it's stuck at the ema 200. Which pretty hard to climb. However, IMHO, if it finally can climb thru, then supported by the daily RSI, I think it will test the next resistance.

Ermmm...what is kolachi? Never heard of that before...

If u see Bearish divergence on RSI, it can be easily negated with Momentum or OBV reverse bullish divergence as they are much stronger than RSI. However, spotting a MOM or OBV on daily is rare. Thus u should pay attention to divergences on lower TF, especially HIDDEN divergence.

When the price is making a lower high, and the histogram/oscillator is making a higher high that is HIDDEN BEARISH divergence and is more reliable than classic, THAT will point the direction southward
