Demo took two short trades last night and my first night running this live on Alpari also resulted in two short trades. Both demo and live opened and closed at same time both with 41pip profit.

Yes, I think the underlying strategy is reliable....
Maybe we will just have to accept the occasional losing trade, after all, there is no such thing as a "perfect" strategy, if there was we would all be millionaires!
I think learning to accept losers is a must for all traders! I know I've certainly had a lot of opportunities to practise over the last nine months!

I am sorry for your missed trades, I am working on retrying orders, but I must point out that I have only tested the EA on 2 brokers, Alpari and forex.com, and to be honest there is no way that I can test it on every broker in the world!
If you look at the code you will see that we have a slippage of 5 currently which should be enough for any broker.
What I can say about brokers is, no I can't say that in public!
If your spread is greater than 2 pips you will get more losses than someone on less than 2 pips!

The example of min requirement of USd 20,000 and 3 lots is only refering to Alpari Pro.
There are many other brokers offering ECN through Mt4 these days, with much more affordable conditions, actually new brokers offering ECN almost coming out every week, seems to be getting very trendy.
Many of them offer min deposit of USD 2000-5000 and min lot size 0.01 or 0.05 lots
Personally I have a live account on The Collective Forex,
what I like at them is their min lot size of 0.01 lots. No complaints on their execution so far. I believe their min deposit USD 5000
Will test your EA tonight on their demo, hoping to get some trades..

From the little I have heard about placing orders through ECN I believe you will have the best chance of it working if you have hide_targets set to true.
I think, though I am certainly not sure about this, that you send an order without TP and SL initially then add them later, which is effectively the way our EA works when targets are hidden.

I think, at last we have a simple but a very good EA.
I have put this in my live account and it made 30$ on 200$ account in 2 days.... Really awesome.
If this continuous, I can double my money every 15 days or so...in the worst case, 1 month...
Which is too too good to be true.... Hats off to Geoff.
Can you please add an option to change the trade comment, so that Brokers wont play with this EA :-)

Your risk must be very high if you will double your account in 15 days!
Remember, we do get occasional losses, don't let it wipe out your account!

I've been using this for a week now. Let me add my thanks to the rest of these. I can't begin to say how pleased I am. A dream come true. And you have been excellent thru it all. We all appreciate that as well.

It has been a "hectic" week, to say the least but for those, like youself, who have been able to get the EA working it has been well worth the effort!

Can someone please comment on what I am doing wrong ? Why am I getting different results ?
The system time is GMT. My broker is Alpari UK. In the EA settings, I have the GMToffset set to 0 and Start_time to 1 (these are the default values).
What should I change ?

I think there are some pretty simple but effective ways given in there.
Tried to modiefy it myself by simply replacing all "ordersend" by "ordersendreliale2step" but it did not work, due due "function not definied" error. Well, I am no coder. You ceraintly would know much better
from those posts, what and how to do.
