Nice bullish pinbar spotted on GU pair...Although this pinbar is not so beautiful as expected, well..we cannot look down his power to force the bullish movement...the bullish movement might be occurs today or tomorrow..lets analyst the chart using support & resistance, fibonnaci and candlestick pattern to verify if bullish movement is likely to be happen...

Lets look at first picture...in H4 timeframe, we can see obvious minor s/r line which make the price keep bounce away from it...maybe there is high possibilities that price manage break that resistance line...

Lets look at second picture...in daily chart, we can see bullish pinbar pattern and at the moment, the market price is going to bearish...because the price is bearish now (retracement), therefore we use fibonnaci to measure the retracement as u can see in 3rd picture...

Lets look at 3rd picture to see how healthy is the bullish trend indicated by the pinbar we have...as for me, I like to see if the price bounce aways from 38.2% fibo level rather than 61.8% fibo level..this is because 38.2% fib level indicated that the trend is SUPER healthy rather than 61.8% fib level indicated last resort to believe that the trend is healthy...

Lets look at 4th picture...as we can see, the daily timeframe told us that the trend is bearish because the price keep making new "Lower High" and "Lower Low" swing...at the moment, the price still cannot break the previous Lower High swing...let see if the pinbar pattern can break the LH swing...but bare in mind, we have 61.8% fibo level in the daily chart..

The trending down line or the support line?
Is the preference on downtrend? Cos that's what my trade are in.

I think it is the support line...previously it was resistance line and now turn to support line...and then price try to retest the support line again..I vote the price will break the support line and the support line will turn to resistance line again...

Yes, of course,There is only one downtrend Redline.

At this moment, I'm looking towards a truncated scenario either in aqua or white. A pullback from R3 critical line and follow by a breakout toward the pivot and S3 critical line would bolster toward the alt count in aqua. Otherwise, a breakout to the aqua critical line would indicate market may in progress to complete subwave 5 either in white (truncated/double top) or yellow/magenta (impulsive). As what I analyze 3 days ago, the pinbar again proove that they never lie...it always have the effect...although the daily price this few day keep bearish, but because of the nature bullish pinbar..it must do the finishing for his bullish..

again, bare in mind of 61.8% fibo level...if we look at the major trend, it's bearish trend...so starting from 61.8% level, the price will bearish..let's see if it's true...

You can look at the AUDUSD pair in 4hours chart at above,the AUDUSD has pulled back to the major trend line at Support 3 and all the way go up to Resistance 2 which is 0.9359 (top of purple circle area).
For my own trading, I have been long AUDUSD for 3 days since 8 April 2010, I entry the position at Support 3 area (bottom of purple circle) and it reached my target point which is Resistance 2 (0.9359).
The main reasons for buying Australia dollar can be divided into Fundamental and Technical Analysis.
From the Fundamental Analysis, Australia Central Bank has raised up their interest rate to 4.25% from 4.00%, which provide me a great reason and opportunity to buy AUDUSD. *According to economy theory, interest rate goes up will appreciate the currency as Demand will increase!
From the Technical Analysis, we can see from 4 hours chart above, AUDUSD has pulled back to the support 3, formed a Doji candlestick LONG signal and stopped at major trend line.
If you look at the 1H Chart,you will get a clearer image for entry the market.

The red square that I drew in the picture at above is the very STRONG signal for going into the market. Price was not going down but maintain at above of 89 Moving Average Line (blue color line),then it went up to a slightly above of Support 1, and pulled back to Support 2, then all the way went up to Resistance 2 above with a gap as well.
I gained 120++ pips for this pair and I have closed part of my position.I will looking forward to find a good target point again to close all my position in AUDUSD.

What can I say? Greece has been rescued! BUY EURO!

Ladies and gentlemen, look at what IMF has done to Greece and you will know why EURUSD,EURJPY,EURGBP and all Euro pairs have gone up crazily!

According to the report, Greece got 45 Billion Euro Rescue package at 5% interest rate for 3 years loan. IMF will provide at least 100 Billion Euro in the first year as a rescue package and this is the biggest financial rescue plan!

Therefore,not only myself,but everyone has very confident to buy EURO and we will see the following week, most of the EURO pairs will trade much above.

I will looking forward to buy EUR/GBP,EUR/USD and EUR/JPY as market will be confident with the Greece rescue plan.

Stay with the market and follow the major trend!

From my point of view, Aud vs Usd will going to perform a major bearish reversal trend. So, for me, its very high risk if you still looking for bullish trend. I'm looking towards a double top reversal pattern and completion of either major wave 5 or corrective wave B. Therefore, I believed market will start to perform a bearish trend either to perform corrective wave A (5 completed) or C (B completed). But, I can be wrong. Happy trading.
