how do we determin if the fomc is good or bad for dollar. they are not gone change. the rates so wat makes it hawkish

Price reacts in a weird way....as if EU should go up....we might see a spike down toward 1,4000 to catch stops and maybe go up

Not sure enough though so i'm staying away
