For the time being forget any estimates on the basis of TA. Anything can happen, only very few involved decide where it ends.

So just ride the wave with some loose upward stop losses, you can only win now.

Earlier today I did mention of a drop happening downwards due to my trendline analysis:

On the weekly chart I have drawn the lines. I call this setup a "mirror line setup" where motions are respecting a trendline and they are falling on either side of it making it look like a mirror.

As you can see the middle trendline has held motions pretty strong. Any motion that did penetrate it had a hard time bouncing back. Well guess what? the drop from the high of 5145 will end up at the lower trendline.

Trendlines are not just about technical analysis, They are about the psychological levels of price or in a way they reflect crowd psychology. And crowd psychology is what moves the markets. The news is just a excuse to put a order long or short, but its the fears and excitements that move the market and trendlines are a graphical reflections of these fears and excitements.

When it touches bottom white line, expect many casualties. Like Gator says "Last man standing wins".

ps. You may like to adjust the bottom line, its not perfect for 50/100 pip plays.
