I had a nice run from 48100 and am getting out. Gonna sit on the sidelines to see what the US does. R1 is holding back a further move up. US will either pierce R1 or set up a nice retracement, either way I will be ready for it

all my shorts from 1.4842 nicely tp at 1.4963 & waiting if it proceed further for 1.5005-32 again . not risking much though a good chance there to finish bear setup at the time of next US news after 27 min.
waiting & planning what to do.

dam I thought my tp will be reached before the news.
Now it looks like my sl will get hit soon (47).
Either way had another long DAX got one point which is not a lot but it didn't move up the way I planned so I took one point and good.

if your average and others are thinking like you. next lower move should be lower.. not long ago everyone was bullish even some comfirmed bears. but once everyone is bullish they have no more money to push it higher.. as time goes on without a paycheck they thin out and some become bears. then we pullback. it doesnt matter how bullish the world is if bulls stop placing bets.. at some point most feel they cant risk more. those in at the top suffer. the same is true at bottom

I am with you on that, I have scaled back all my longs from 47-48 area. Still holding a few position trades in my long term account.

True true, the psychology behind forming a top or bottom.

There are just alot of questions out there. There are signs that the correlation is breaking (weak $$, strong equities). I do feel that stocks are getting toppy, I need to see a confirmation day that this correlation is just not rock solid anymore. I need to see the eur/gbp firm up. Basically, I need some answers before I go deeper (which I am more than ready to do if I see what I want to see). I just read the charts, I tell ya what.
