LOL a good point Trading, and thanks for your point of view Knuckledrag I will keep an eye open if anything happen, right now Im flat waiting Monday to see if it breaks the pattern, I hope to be online when markets open. Is almost Sunday 3pm here when Markets open, I'm always with my family at this time or doing something.

Can it be possible to make 30,000 from 500 in 45months or less, with proper MM and everything on a 10% per month profit?

hmmm

if your MM is risk 2%, you will need 5 winning trades of 1 : 1 risk to reward ratio per month.

2% x 5 = 10%

Well talking about Micro and Increasing according to the Capital.. beginning with .01 lot size... $50.00 first month... 1% risk (50Pips TP / 35SL) something like that.

I used for every 1000$, Maximum I'll take 0.1 lots, for example for 2000$ ==> 0.2 and for 500$ ==> 0.05 , MAXIMUM not more.

There are 101 theories out there on how one can profit in forex, stocks, oil and more.

I personally believe that there is 1 theory which is essential and critical.


Proper Money Management. ( MM for short )


MM is all about knowing what exactly are you risking per trade and making sure that risk is acceptable to your capital.

If you pray, sweat, scream while trading, you are probably risking more than you should.

Lets look at an example of a consecutive 5 losing trades.


Person A risking 10% of his capital.

Trade 1 : $1000 - $100 = $900
Trade 2 : $900 - $90 = $810
Trade 3 : $810 - $81 = $729
Trade 4 : $729 - $72 = $657
Trade 5 : $657 - $65 = $592

After simply 5 trades, he is down almost 40% of his account !


Person B risking only 2% of his capital.

Trade 1 : $1000 - $20 = $980
Trade 2 : $980 - $19 = $961
Trade 3 : $961 - $19 = $942
Trade 4 : $942 - $18 = $924
Trade 5 : $924 - $18 = $906

After 5 trades, he is down slightly less than 10% of his account.

Definitely not as punishing as A's experience.

This is not the end.


The more you lose, the more you need to win to get back to break even.

for e/u, one pip should be ard 14 cents

this u need ard 8 winning trades 0 losing per month ..

8 x 50 pips = 400 pips = $56

Oct. 25 (Bloomberg) -- The economy in the U.S. probably grew in the third quarter at the fastest pace in two years as government stimulus helped bring an end to the worst recession since the 1930s, economists said before reports this week.
The world’s largest economy grew at a 3.2 percent pace from July through September after shrinking the previous four quarters, according to the median estimate of 65 economists surveyed by Bloomberg News. Other reports may show sales of new homes and orders for long-lasting goods increased.

Global trade data suggest recovery may be weak

An index accounting for 95% of global trade volumes fell in August after rising the prior two months, suggesting the global recovery may not be as strong as first thought.

If true, this suggests the reflation trade might be a tad bubbly.

EURUSD: Upside Momentum With Cautious Hold Above 1.5000

EURUSD- A third consecutive week of upside gains saw EUR printing a 14-month high at 1.5059 and closing above its big psycho level at 1.5000 the past week. This current medium term upside strength is coming on the back of a rally initiated at the 1.4481 in early Oct ‘09. With that said, an extension of its current upside momentum is expected towards the 1.5082 level, its Aug 10’08 high with a loss of there exposing the 1.5283 level, its May 04’08 low. Its weekly RSI remains bullish to overbought. We are cautious of our call for further upside gains above the 1.5000 as another weekly close is required to maintain a firm hold on that level. However, if its Friday price hesitation develops further to the downside, we could see corrective declines towards its Oct 15’09 high at 1.4968 with an invalidation of there allowing for additional downside pressure targeting the 1.4844 level where its Sept 23’09 high is located. We envisage a hold in price at this level if tested as it should reverse roles and provide support thereby pushing the pair higher again. Further down, another support is sited at its Oct 12’09 low at 1.4672. On the whole, while EUR remains biased to the upside medium term, it must hold above the 1.5000 level to maintain that trend. The risk to this analysis will be a failure above the 1.5000 level.
