Oct. 23 (Bloomberg) -- China’s government said employment is “stable” and the nation will add 2 million more urban jobs this year than its target of 9 million, aiding an economic recovery that’s gathering pace.

Oct. 23 (Bloomberg) -- European stock-index futures rose before reports that may show the U.K. economy exited its recession and German business confidence climbed to a 13-month high. Asian shares gained.

Well if I look the week & the day graphs TF the stocha is overbought.
If I look the 4h graph I see a bearish divergence with the sto. If we break the 20 ma of BB at 4984 we can get 4904 as support / target ... But the trend still bullish & my sentiment is bullish too ... At this point (I know Koala 801 will say "trade the chart" & I agree with him on this) I will get a headache
Anyway as yesterday, end of europe session, till we stay above 5010 I go long and below I short. First SL if long 4998 and if short 5016 ... I trade using 15" & 5" TF. My graph here is 4h for the bearish divergence if I'm not wrong ...

Euro zone flash October PMI data stronger than expected

Euro zone October flash services PMI has come in at 52.3, up from 50.9 in September, better than median forecast of 51.3 and a 20 month high.

Manufacturing PMI meanwhile came in at 50.7, up from 49.3 in September, better than median forecast of 50.0 and an 18 month high.

Composite PMI 53.0, up from 51.1 in September, better than median forecast of 51.6 and a 22 month high.

Euro zone August industrial orders came in at +2.0% m/m -23.1% y/y compared to median forecasts of +1.2%, -22.5% y/y.

EUR/USD firmer, presently at 1.5045.
