ok ... longed gold now with a sl at yesterday lows ... tp at 1055.

there i will short with a sl at yesterday's high and tp at 1043, 1036 and 1015

Well I haven't posted too many charts here before, probably just one... And I have also noticed this thread has taken a downturn since the chat came online. So I will try and promote this thread as much as I can as well!

On my charts I will have Weekly/daily/h4/h1 shown all different types of dotted/colored lines. Along with a Fibonacci or 2, but I am yet to use those to my full advantage IMO.

So here is my EUR/USD chart. I will be trading mostly off of the 1hr, with keeping eyes on the longer time frames to keep a feel of the overall trend.

On this chart I will be looking to go long at the 1.4664 level. I have quite a bit of confluence with a 1HR Line, a 4HR line and also a 50% fib.

I will be looking for a short at about 1.4765, I didn't notice that it also has some 1HR confluence there with the 4hr as well.

I am very open to suggestions on what I should be doing right, wrong or could do better. I am by no means a pro trader... but I would like to get there some day.

At the beginning I am only going to be focusing on the Majors, before I expand my horizon. So here we go!

Here is me GU chart.

I will be looking to go long at the break of 1.5863, 1.5823 or 1.5769... not a lot of confluence there so I don't think the levels are that strong, and it has been a pretty strong downturn... so who knows.

I will be looking for a short at the 1.6000 level, lots of confluence there.

Like usual, I would really like to see some feedback on my charts so I can improve my trading.

hi concept .. thanks for your charts .. correct me if im wrong but your fibb retracements dont look right to me ,they look the wrong way round .. on the eur /usd if your drawing a fibb from a previous low to the last high it should look like the chart below or am i going mad!

yeh, i think everyones looking at this area ..GU has been in a range for a couple of weeks .. could get a bit of a bounce but does look ready to break through , it wont be large stop if i do go for a bounce .

Ill take a look when I get home from work. I did them when I was tired and in a hurry. I wouldent be all that suprised if I did!

Once again, great level Booker. I took the short at 90.2 and stops were able to hold through the march up to 90.5

Okrutny, I'm long USD/CAD 1.03 and 1.026, looking for some sort of reaction here as well. With equities hitting 10k, perhaps we can look for some sort of break on the USD beat down in confluence with 1.03 support.

Just curious what you saw that would trigger you to go short there? I wish I would have checked the thread earlier as to tell you to wait for confirmation on that one. After the very long legged doji you went short on there was an inside bar and you could have put a sell stop below the mother candle and a buy stop above it for a gain as of now. Cancel the order you didnt trigger and set you SL if you use one. maybe you have a different feed than I, but that bar you went short on was just an undecided battle between B and B. Just my 2 cent, sorry your trade went opposite.

Hello, guys. I have been running rounds and trying different methods like BWILC, $H break out, but as it seems the ebst results I have ever had were with BRV method of No Brainers. So, I am going to concentrate since now on on simple things like S/R. I have had good accuracy with this method and even traded my first OPM with mixed sucess mainly because I did not let my profits run. Which I do now.
Today had short order on GBP/USD at 1.6400. was missed by 1 pip.
and another short at GBP/CFH at 1.6698 and 1.6725. Missed by 10 pips. Both trades should have been a bonanza. Here is the problem, it happens many times. I set orders which are missed and I do not participate in these trades as they make usually big retracement and I cancel orders as per BRW rules.
Any idea what to do if price hits few pips away from my order and start retracing, what are you doing?
